Leslie John Juno was born on December 7, 1903 to parents John B. and Nellie (Nelson) Juno in Case County N.D. He was one of nine children. Leslie married Gertrude A. Helgeson on May 28, 1928 in Viroqua, WI. Their three children are George A., Frederick L. & Selma J. "Sally". The family lived in the Viroqua area where their children attended school until high school. At some point, the family moved to the Readstown area where George, Freddie & Sally completed their high school education. The family later moved to the Kendall area where they farmed and later moved into town in Kendall where Leslie worked driving a school bus. He died in Tomah, WI. on February 2, 1970. Leslie Juno is buried in the Glendale Cemetery in Kendall, WI. next to his wife Gertrude and his son Frederick.
