Ralph E. Bozeman
Funeral services for Ralph E. Bozeman, 72, of Sylvester, who died on January 11 at the Baptist Hospital of Worth County, were held on January 14 at the Isabella Baptist Church with the Rev. A. R. Wilbourn officiating. Interment followed at Isabella Cemetery.
He was the son of the late Hiram J. Bozeman and Josephine Gwines Bozeman.
The Dougherty County native was a United States Army World War II veteran who served with the United States Army in Tokyo, Japan.
He was retired from the United States Marine Corps Logistics base in Albany. Bozeman was in the Property Disposal Division.
A member of Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 4825. Ralph enjoyed farming cantaloupes and vegetables. He was a member of Isabella Baptist Church.
Special Music was provided by Mike and June Carter. Serving as pallbearers were Sean Bozeman, David Register, Lynn Britt, Walter Phelps; Rock Hudson, Gene Kirk, Laben Kirk, Sean Kirk, Al Bozeman, Ray Bozeman.

Bozeman is survived by his wife, Bettye Hudson Bozeman of Sylvester; One son Bruce ; Three grandchildren, Caren , Sean ,and Wendi Bozeman ; One godchild , Jennifer N. Bishop of Albany; Five brothers, Dr. William F. Bozeman of Adel, Thomas Alvin Bozeman of Sylvester, Lawrence C. Bozeman of Flowery Branch, James R. Bozeman of Enfield, Conn., Donald G. Bozeman of Illinois.
Burch-Hudson Funeral home of Fitzgerald, Ga was in charge of arrangements.
