Mr. Ferguson died Friday, Feb. 20, 2004 in Hempstead, TX. He was a veteran of WW II and a dual member of Hempstead Masonic Lodge #479 and Waller Lodge #808. He was the ranch foreman for 9 Bar Ranch for 55 years and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Hempstead.
Survivors: wife, Dorothy Ferguson; sons, John Ferguson, Gary Ferguson and wife Sandy, Larry Ferguson and wife Barbara, Michael Wright and wife Terry; daughter, Deborah Whitehead and husband David; brother, Sam Ferguson and wife Joyce; sister, Winnie Sparks and husband Jim; 14 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Mr. Ferguson was preceded in death by his son James Ferguson
