Jack Annison, Jr., a native and lifelong resident of Zachary, LA died on Sunday, March 6, 2011 at Carpenter House in Baton Rouge. He was retired, after working 33 years for Paxon Polymer.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Hazel Bennett Annison; two sons: John A. Annison and his wife Amy of Zachary; and Ronald E. Annison and his wife Cathy of Natchitoches, LA; one sister, Marian Faye Shaffer of Zachary; three grandchildren: Dustin Annison and his wife Kelli, Caitlyn Robinson and her husband Chad, and Kelli Annison; and two great-grandchildren, Bella and Cooper.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John L. Annison Sr. and Ludie Hunt Annison of Zachary.
