Mrs. Lee was born July 23, 1919 in Paragould, Arkansas, and died Sunday, Oct. 15, 1995 in a Lufkin hospital. She was a retired medical aide for the Lufkin Nursing Center. She was a member of the Denman Avenue Baptist Church and the Gleaners Sunday school class. Mrs. Lee was a former member of the Rebekah Lodge. A former resident of Michigan, she had lived in Lufkin since 1961.

Survivors: husband, Marshall C. Lee of Lufkin; sons and daughters-in-law, Dean and Marilyn Lee of Lufkin, Jim and Laurie Lee of Virginia; grandson and wife, Bobby and Nancy Lee of Lufkin; great-grandson, Zachary Lee of Lufkin; sister, Iola Adkins of Lufkin; sister-in-law, Eunice Clark of Corning, Arkansas; nieces, Sharyn Allen of Lufkin, Janis Spinks, Naomi Arnold, Doll Cochran, all of Corning, Ark., Nelma Witcher of Ironton, MO; nephews, William D. Modisette of Austin and Charles Lee or Peoria, Ill.
