Parents: Montell Odell (Monty) and Kittye (Atwell) Tessman.

He was preceded in death by his wife Jerry (Gibbons) Tessman; his parents; and his brother Atwell Tessman.

He is survived by his daughters Diann Slaton and husband Buddy of Dallas, Patti Luttrell and husband Jim of Henderson, TX; three grandson Jeff Boldrick and wife Leslie, Ryan Boldrick and wife Ann Marie, Blake Rea; and three great granddaughters.

MO graduated from Wilmer Hutchins High School, class of 1940 as Valedictorian. He graduated from Texas A & M where he played baseball for the Aggies. In 1942 he left school his senior year to attend the Air Force Cadet Program and graduated as an officer serving in WWII in England and Germany. He returned in 1946 to A&M and completed his B.S. in mechanical engineering in 1947. He was a member of the Metropolitan Masonic Lodge #1182; 32nd degree Mason. He was a Texas Professional Engineer, member of ASHVE Engineering Society and worked 41 years as a mechanical contractor with Dallas Air Conditioning before retiring in 1988. MO was an avid outdoors man who loved to fish anytime. He loved traveling throughout the world with his wife Jerry.
