"Molly Esther Wilson, 76, of Delaware passed away early Tuesday morning (March 1, 2011) at Grady Memorial Hospital. She was born July 25, 1934 in Delaware to Paul and Mary (Christian) Brokaw. She was a homemaker and babysitter who enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Salvation Army church where she was a senior soldier, ran the prayer line and was the "bread lady." She is survived by three sons, Terry (Carolyn "Susie") Wilson of Delaware, Brian (Joyce) Wilson of Marion and David "Red" (Jodi) Wilson of Marengo; two daughters, Janet (David) Tillman of Delaware and Lisa (Michael) Shaw of Columbus; 13 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren; brother, Samuel Brokaw of Canal Winchester; sister, Ula Swint of Westfield; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Merrel "Doc" Wilson; daughter, Brenda; sisters, Mary Wells and Willa Tennar; and brothers, John, Paul and William. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, at the Rodman Neeper Funeral Home, Delaware, and where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 4, with the Rev. Donnie Akers and Lt. Aaron Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
