Funeral services for Wanda Coleman, 72, of Gainesville, are set for 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 29, 2008, at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Duke Dowling officiating.
Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery.
Mrs. Coleman died Dec. 23, 2008 in Gainesville.
Wanda Coleman was born March 28, 1936 in Myra to Fred and Armeda Evans Hamilton.
Survivors include her husband, Donald R. Colman, Sr. of Gainesville; brother and sister in law, Joe E. and Joyce Hamilton of Gainesville; daughter and son in law, Contesto and Daniel Parker of Ottawa, Kan.; daughter and son in law,Paula E. Coleman and Jim Scott of Independence, Kan.; son, Donald R. Coleman, Jr., of Freadonia, Kan.; son and daughter in law, William C. and Dea Coleman of Ridgecrest Calif.; son and daughter in law, Robert P. and Cindy Coleman of Coyville, Kan.; daughter in law, Susan McCrystal of Hereford, Ariz.; sisters in law, Lottie Bell Hamilton of Gainesville, Juanita McDaniel of Apple Valley Calif., Helen L. Wisdom of Boise, Idaho; 29 grand children and 14 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Coleman was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Raymond H.Hamilton and William Hamilton; daughter, Janice M. Osbor and son, Michael D. Coleman.
Visitation will be held from 3-5:00 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 28, 2008 .at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.
