CLETUS DEITRICH

Cletus Deitrich, 79, of RD1 Hegins, died Sunday at Rest Haven. He was admitted Jan. 8,

Mr. Deitrich was born April 26, 1894, at Hegins Township, a son of the late John and Elizabeth Schucker Deitrich. He was a member of the United Mine Workers of America.

Surviving are five daughters, Martha, wife of Ray Herner of Hegins; wife of William Schnupp, of Hegins, Mabel, wife of Elvin Williamson, of Ephrata; Verona, wife of Allen Clark; Hegins; Helen, wife of Joseph Hess, of Ephrata; a brother, Daniel, of RD1 Hegins; sisters, Mrs. Guy Kimmel and Mrs. Norma Heim, of Hegins; 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Thursday morning from the Robert Miller funeral home, Valley View. Dr. Arts Lick, of the United Methodist Church, Hegins, will officiate. Interment will be in the United Methodist Cemetery, Hegins.
