Jesse Franklin Ratcliff, 81, of Upper Tract, died Dec. 10, at the Pendleton Nursing Home, Franklin.
Born Feb. 8, 1919, at Landes, he was the son of the late James Edward and Hannah Elizabeth (VanMeter) Ratcliff.
He is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were Dec. 13, at the Kimble Funeral Home chapel, Franklin, with interment in Cherry Hill Cemetery, Upper Tract. (12/12)
