Mrs Hilda Schwartz Heckman, widow of W.J. Heckman, a former Dubuquer, died Friday at Engal Memorial Hospital at Flossmoor, Ill., where she lived for the last few years.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. at the Haudenshield Funeral Home, 2170 Central Ave., where services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery.
Mrs Heckman was born at Independence, Ia., and lived in Dubuque most of her life. She moved to Flossmor, Ill., a few years ago where she was the village clerk.
She was a member of the Immanuel Congregational Church in Dubuque.
Surviving are one sister, Mrs Edward (Helen) Flossmoor; and two brothers Leo Schwartz, Milwaukee, Wis., and Frederick Schwartz, Des Moines, IA.
