Effie Irene Fitzwater, 89, E.A. Hawse Continuous Care Center, Baker, W.Va., and formerly of Moorefield, W.Va., died Friday, April 28, 2000, at the center.
Mrs. Fitzwater was born June 13, 1910, in Hardy County, W.Va.,
and was a daughter of the late Alfred and Cora Baldwin Earle.
She was a member of Walnut Grove Church of the Brethren.
Her husband, James Fitzwater, died in 1962.
Surviving are a daughter, Maxine Cullers, Moorefield, W.Va.; a
sister, Ruby Riggleman, Westernport, Md.; 10 grandchildren; 20
great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
The Rev. Randy Ours will conduct a graveside service at 4 p.m.
today at the Olivet Cemetery.
Arrangements are by the Fraley Funeral Home, Moorefield, W.Va.
