BLACKWELL,BillyJ.,73,of Lutz passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2002. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Blackwell; brother, Walter T. Blackwell; and sister, Evelyn Blackwell. He is survived by his sister, Edna Derrick and and husband Robert; brothers, Herbert Blackwell and wife Frances, and Frank Blackwell and wife Lil; nephews, niece, and beloved companion, Edna M. Mankas. Graveside services will be held on Thursday in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
