Mrs. Kenneth (Mercer M. Williamson) Williams, 77, of 1475 Wellington Way, died 2 a.m. Sunday (Jan. 19, 1986) in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Services will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Dawson & Wikoff West Wood Street with visitation 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. -Burial will be in Illini Cemetery, Warrens-burg. Memorials: donor's choice.
Mrs. Williams was born in Kansas City, Mo. , V- Mercer M. Williams daughter of Walter and Margaret Cloyd Williamson. She was a social worker. She was a member of Decatur Chapter 111 Order of Eastern Star, B.O.P. Elks, past guardian secretary Bethal 49 Order of Jobs Daughters, past secretary P.T.A. at Garfield Elementary School, and past secretary of humane society. She married Kenneth Williams in 1928. He died in 1956.
Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. Roy L. (Linda) Houston of Torrance, Calif.; half sister, Thelma Britton of Harrodsburg, Ky.; three grandchildren. One brother and one daughter preceded her in death.
