Mr. Hatcher was a native and lifelong resident of Oxford. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include his wife, Sheryl Hatcher, Oxford; sons, Frank Hatcher Jr., Summerfield and Jon Hatcher, Pedro; brothers, Eddie Hatcher, Summerfield, and Wilbur Hatcher, Ocala; sister, Mary Griffith, Gainesville; and five grandchildren.
