"WILLIAMSPORT - Mrs. Esther Dick Stewart, a life resident of Warren County, died Wednesday, Aug. 15, 1979, in Community Hospital where she had been a patient three days. Born in Warren County, she was a 1904 graduate of Williamsport High School and was married to Ohmer L. Stewart, who died in 1973.
Mrs. Stewart taught at the Kramer School and was a former clerk at the Williamsport Post Office and the Held Store in Williamsport. She was a life member of Williamsport United Methodist Church, a 70-year member of Rockydale Chapter Order of Eastern Star, and a member of Unique Chapter Fortnightly Club.
Surviving are two daughters, Miss Helen M. Stewart of Williamsport, and Mrs. Margaret S. Bohn of Arcadia, CA." -Lafayette Journal & Courier - Wednesday, 8/15/1979
