Billy J. "Hoss" Hoskins, 74, of Jacksonville, died March 1, 2011, at Onslow Memorial Hospital. Graveside services with military honors will be held at 2 p.m. today, March 3, at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery. He served two tours in Vietnam with the U.S. Marine Corps. He retired from the U.S. Navy as an E-6 with more than 20 years of military service. Survivors include stepson, Steve Ward of Fredericksburg, Va. Condolences may be made at jonesfh.org.
