"Mrs. D. HARMONY CLAIMED BY DEATH
Ada Native Expires in Ashland Hospital; Rites Are Monday Afternoon
ADA, Feb. 25 -- Mrs. Flossie Harmony, 66, wife of D. C. Harmony, of Ashland, died Wednesday in an Ashland hospital, according to word received here Friday. She had been in failing health for some time and had recently submitted to an operation.
The daughter of David and Sarah May (Bosserman) Rothrock, she was born in Ada, Nov. 7, 1877. She was married at Ada to Mr. Harmony, who survives with a daughter and five sons. They are: Louise Harmony, who resides with her grandmother, Mrs. Rothrock, at Prosser, Wash.; Don Harmony of Wellington; Clinton, John and James Harmony, all in the U. S. Army, and Charles Harmony, at home.
There are three brothers, Ray Rothrock, of Ada; Dalno (sic), of Entrant, Wash., and Eugene, of Seattle, Wash. A sister, Mrs. Neva Fisk, lives at Prosser, Wash.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 o'clock Monday afternoon in the Preston funeral home in Ada. Rev. Marion Tinsler, Methodist pastor, will officiate. Interment will be in Woodlawn cemetery.
The body will arrive at the Preston mortuary Monday morning."
