The daughter of Robert C. and Arialla Hughes Fullerton, she was a Portsmouth native and a member of Trinity Episcopal Church there. She lived in Norfolk 37 years.
Survivors include her husband, Walter Bryan Culpepper; three daughters, Mrs. J.W. Underwood of Richmond, Mrs. James Alewine of Virginia Beach and Mrs. John L. Boles of Norfolk; a brother, Everett L. Fullerton of Chesapeake; and five grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted in Graham Funeral Home today at 2 p.m. by the Rev. H.R. Arrington of Campostella Methodist Church. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park.
