Anna J. Parkinson departed this life on Feb 25, 2011 at Danbury Hospital. Anna was born in Bethel, NC the daughter of the late Carey and Annie (Council) Ward. She is survived by her children Marvin, Cecil Sheryl, and Varrand Little, Robin and Amy Parkinson, also survived by five sisters, and five brothers nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by one brother. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 11am to 12 noon at the New Hope Baptist Church, where a funeral service will at 12 noon, interment will be at Wooster Cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Green Funeral Home in Danbury.
