HAYES GIRL NOW IN GRAVE

Unfortunate Young Lady is Buried at Linden After Accidental Death--Has Two Brother in Bloomington It is Said.

Linden, Ind. Sept 30--The body of Darvel Hayes, age 19, who was found dead in a boarding house at Logansport on Wednesday, arrived here at 1:15 o'clock Friday over the Monon. The young girl, who had given her name as Helen Harris, previous to her death, was identified by her father, Abner Hayes, and Roscoe Harris, a distant relative, at Logansport, and they accompanied the body here. The coroner's verdict at Logansport was death by accidental means. The body was taken to the Methodist church upon its arrival here and funeral services held there at 1:30 o'clock, the Rev. Charles Norman of Crawfordsville officiating. Burial was in the Mount Pleasant cemetery, four miles south of Linden. Miss Hayes leaves two brothers of Bloomington, and a sister, of Decatur, Ill. besides her father.
