Curtis Corwin Crandall, 68, of 540
16th Ave., Longview, WA., died July 12,
1979 in a local hospital. He was born
Oct., 11, 1910, in Clinton, Minn., was a
retired longshoreman for the Pacific
Maritime Association, and a
member of the ILWU Local 21 and the
Unique Tin Car Club. On Aug. 18
Crandall and his wife would have
been married 45 years. They have
lived in this community since 1942.
Survivors include his wife, Irene,
at home; two daughters, Diane
Mickelberry of Longview and
Sherry Oliver of Castle Rock; and
son, Rand L. Crandall of Castle
Rock; his mother, Mrs. Bruce Cran-
dall, who is 91 of Minneapolis
Minn.; one brother, Duane of
Denver; three sisters, Lucille
Meeker and Jessie Heyden,both of
Minneapolis, and Sylvia Luer of
Spokane; 10 grandchildren, and
numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held
Monday at 2 p. m. at the Longview
Memorial Park. Friends may call
until 1 p. m. on Monday. Ditlevensen-
Moore Funeral Home is in charge of
arrangements.
