Her headstone says 1850 for her birth, but census reports say she was 2 yrs old in 1850, so I have put 1848 here. Please reference 1850 census (she is 2 and named Rosanna here) and 1870 census she is 22. Rosanna was about 8 yrs older than Lizzy. She is the 14th of 14 children.
Elizabeth first married Cane Kyle (Coil/Coyle/Kile). She is listed in a federal census record as wife of Cane Coil and with her son Samuel, the first of several children blessed to this union. Cane died around the same time her sister Rosanna died; he fought on the confederate side in the rebellion. Samuel died at age 18 of pneumonia caused by chicken pox. In the Moomaw history only her marriage to Christian Biller (formerly her brother in law) is listed with her daughter Blanche. Christian was married (1) to Roseanna Moomaw, Elizabeth's older sister by 8 yrs, and they too were blessed with many children, including 6 sons. Blanche is the only child of Christian and Elizabeth. She was known as "Aunt Lizzy" in her community in Wisconsin. She was the midwife and nurse there.
