MT STERLING - Pearl Rose Potter,
91, widow of Ira Potter, died Feb 27, 2011. She was the daughter of the late Bradley and Eurie Phipps Rose, born in Dixon County, VA and was a long time resident of Mt. Sterling and Recently of Winchester. She was a member of the Mt. Sterling Old Regular Baptist Church. She is survived by three children, a daughter, Anna Ruth Potter (John) Duke of Xenia, OH, Mitchell Potter of Winchester and Ted Potter of Mt. Sterling, a stepson, Jack Potter of Mt. Sterling, nine grandchildren, J.W. Duke, Greg Duke, Lynn Potter Ratliff, Tony Potter, Greta Potter, Chris Potter, and Patrick Potter, Steve Potter and Diana Potter Samsel, ten great-grandchildren, and special friend and long time caregiver, Delma Kay Dunn. Services will be 1pm Wed, March 2 at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in Machpelah Cemetery. Visitation is 12pm until 1pm prior to services Wed. Contributions are suggested to Hospice East, 407 Shoppers Dr., Winchester, KY 40391.
