COLUMBIA (Special) — Mr. John E. Reitzell, 73, Clarks, die early yesterday morning in a Monroe hospital after a long illness.
Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. today at the Old Bethel Church with Johnnie Kelly officiating, assisted by Dr. Wren Causey. Burial followed in Old Bethel Cemetery under the direction of Riser and Son of Columbia.
Mr. Reitzell is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Lillian Grimm, Monroe, and Mrs. Margaret Byrd, Leggett, Calif.; a son, John Everett Reitzell, Clarks; a step-son, James Otis McKeithen, U.S. Navy; a brother, Lewis Reitzell, Columbia; a sister, Mrs. Carrie Webb, Monroe; and three grandchildren.
