Leone Smith Kemp, age 92, born September 26, 1918, returned home on February 27, 2011, to be with her husband, Earl, their twin boys, her Ma and Pa, three brothers, and four sisters. She resided at 1578 West Hemlock Drive (4675 South) in Taylorsville, Utah at the time of her death.

Leone had five children: twin boys David and Danial preceded her in death; Douglas (Vyonne) Kemp of Taylorsville; Russell (Marilyn) Kemp of Centennial, CO; and Elizabeth (F. Richards) Smith of Provo. She was very proud of her thirteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Leone served in many callings in the LDS Church, from Primary to visiting teaching to compassionate service. She loved doing for others. She will be greatly missed by many.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 4, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Taylorsville Eighth Ward Chapel, 1450 West Tamarack Road (4650 South), Taylorsville. Friends may call at the Church on Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Friday one hour prior to the services.
Interment: Taylorsville City Cemetery.
