Survivors: Husband, Tom Todd, Jr.; son, George Todd; daughters, Mrs. Vickie Huber, Mrs. Sarah Thomas, Mrs. Debbie Englage; parents; Mr. & Mrs. Alfred Burgess; brother, Jerry Vance; sisters, Mrs. Bonnie Mills, Mrs. Cathy Young; three grandchildren.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, First Baptist Church in Grapevine. Rev. Charles Kerley, officiating. Interment; Grapevine Cemetery.

Joy and her first husband, Homer Edward Long, were married on 1 April 1950, in Weatherford, Parker County Texas. They had two daughters, Vicki Kay and Sherri Lynn. They lived in Colleyville, after their home in Grapevine was purchased by DFW Airport. Homer and Sherri Lynn predeceased her. The other survivors listed in her obituary are the children of her second husband, Thomas Edward Todd. Joy and Tom were married 24 July 1981 in Colorado. They lived in Hobbs New Mexico during their marriage.
