She was born on May 8, 1916 in Perry County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Jessie and Martha (Bowling) Abner.
Lottie was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Hazard, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by: a daughter, Bernice McNeeley; a granddaughter, Martha Renee Golden; a grandson, William Golden; a great granddaughter, Nina Rae Keown and 7 siblings.
Survivors include three daughters, Ailean McNeeley, Teresa Diaz- Green and Ethel Golden all of Lexington, Indiana; two sons, Willie and Don Strong both of Lexington, Indiana, 10 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
Funeral Service were held at Collins Funeral Home with burial in Lexington Cemetery.
