Curtis worked most of his life as a coal miner and a member of the UMWA.
He was a member of the First Faith Baptist church, of Regina, KY.
He was preceded in death by his loving parents Carl and Nancy Belle Harris. He was preceded in death by three brothers Douglas Harris, Junior Harris, Henry Harris.
Left to mourn his passing is Loving wife Fern Harris.
Four daughters Helen Malzac of Minnesota, Emma Lee Bentley of Jackhorn, KY. Rebecca Blankenship, of John's Creek, KY. Christina Justice, Of Greasy Creek , KY. Two brothers Elmer Harris of Caney, KY. Ola B. Harris of Caney, KY. Three sisters Avonelle, Cathy, and Dianna Robinson.
Twelve loving grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
