Services for Mrs. Sarah Jane Howard, 60, of Connell, Wash., a former Nampa resident who died Monday in Connell will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Nampa Church of the Brethren with the Rev. Edwin J. Glover, officiating. Interment will be in Kohlerlawn under the direction of the Alsip chapel.
Mrs. Howard was born May 12, 1899, in Conway Springs, Kan., and was married to David W. Howard at Conway Springs April 11, 1917. They resided in Kansas and Missouri, moved to Payette, then resided in Nampa from 1936 until 1940 when they moved to Ontario. They moved back to Nampa and lived there until 1955 when they moved to Connell where they had since made their home. She was a member of the Church of the Brethren.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, David W. Howard, Connell, include two sons, Karrel and Ralph Howard, both of Nampa; one daughter, Mrs. Vurlle Levin, Nampa; one sister, Mrs. C. O. Troxel of Nampa, and seven grandchildren.
