Lynn Jasper Frost, age 67, of Boise died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2008, at a hospital in Boise. He was born May 31, 1940, in Nampa, the son of Harold and Ida (Weaver) Frost.

Lynn was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, baptized in Boise Feb. 5, 1949. He graduated from Notus High School in 1959. He served in the U. S. Army from 1963 to 1965. After coming back from overseas duty he left the Army and began his life's work as a carpenter in the Nampa and Boise area.

Lynn was an avid gardener and loved flowers. He always liked woodworking, working and riding on his motorcycles and cooking in the kitchen. There are many photo albums that show his interest in photography.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold; one daughter Karen Ann Burwell and one son, DeWayne Frost.

Lynn is survived by his mother, Ida Frost of Nampa; one son, Kevin Frost and his wife Amiee of Mt. Home; one brother Dean Frost of Boise; one grandson, Nicholas Lee Frost; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service with military honors will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, at the Kohlerlawn Cemetery, Nampa.
