Obituary from the Ogden Standard-Examiner, Oct 3, 2003, page 3D:

Helen B. Williams VanSickle

BRIGHAM CITY-Our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, Helen B. Williams VanSickle, 88, passed away peacefully surrounded by her children on Wednesday, October 1, 2003 at the Brigham City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born on January 4, 1915 in Layton, Utah, a daughter of Calvin and Ethel Bone Corbridge. She lived in Layton until she graduated from High School and Business College and later went to work for Utah Power and Light.

She married Scott Williams on August 8, 1939 in the Salt Lake Temple, and they moved to Perry where they worked the Williams Bros. Fruit & Dairy Farm. Helen worked hard as a farmer's wife. Her husband, Scott passed away on February 3, 1975. She later married Herman Darl VanSickle who preceded her in death.

She retired from the IRS after 20 years of service, helping to support and raise their four children. She enjoyed her church where she worked in the Primary and Sunday school.

Helen moved to Brigham City in 1984. She loved attending the Senior Center where she met new friends and mostly enjoyed going on the trips and cruises with the center.

Helen is survived by her 4 children, Elaine (Kenneth) Ralphs of Altonah, UT; Joyce (Dave) Frodsham of Brigham City; Carolyn (David) Lane of North Ogden; Cal (Julie) Williams of Perry; 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; one sister, Olive Bea Sessions of Victor, Idaho. Her husbands, one grandson, and one brother preceded her in death.

The family would like to thank Peach Tree, Autumn Living and Brigham City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for the excellent care they provided for our mother.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2003 at 11:30 a.m. at the Brigham City Cemetery. Arrangements by Gillies Petersen Funeral Chapel, Brigham City. Send emails to the family at www.gilliespetersen.com
