Mr. McCants was born Dec. 18, 1927 in Weslaco, Texas and died Friday, Nov. 24, 1995 in a Lufkin hospital. Mr. McCants was a retired salesman for Dayco Corporation of Houston. He served his country in the U S Army in WWII and the Korean Conflict. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors: wife, Virginia McCants; daughter, Cindy McCants; son, Bret McCants; mother, Elma McMichael; sister, Robbie Jones; and four grandchildren.
