Donn L. Fryman of Marietta, GA died at home after a valiant battle with cancer. He was the son of Robert and Mary Fryman. He attended Ohio State, graduated in the spring of 1971 an Ensign in the U.S. Navy and after 7 years as a Naval Aviator, Donn was hired by Delta Air Lines and eventually retired as a Captain after 27 years of flying.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years Kitty (Kirkpatrick) Fryman; children, Marc (Kristin), Melissa (Eric), Scott (Barbara) and Brad; his parents; sister, Dianna; brother, Jon and eight grandchildren. A memorial service will be held February 28, 2011 at St. Brigid Catholic Church in Alpharetta, GA.
