David Trey Purifoy, 14, of Ash, died Tuesday, February 22, 2011 in the Brunswick Community Hospital.
David was born on December 26, 1996 in Horry County, SC. He was a eight grade student at Waccamaw Elementary School.
Surviving are his father, David Clayton Purifoy, of Myrtle Beach, SC; mother, Lisa Valerie Herring, of Ash, NC; sister, Samantha JoAnn Purifoy, of San Antonio, TX; paternal grandparents, Bennie & Yvonne Purifoy, of Summerville, SC; maternal grandparents, Pinkie and Lucy Herring, of Loris, SC.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 26th in the Jennies Branch Baptist Church.
Burial will follow in the Bill Inman Cemetery, Ash.
