Mrs. C.S. Matthews, 1251 West Green street, received a message Wednesday morning telling of the death of her son-in- law, George H. Workman in Winchester. Cause of death was typhoid fever. The body arrived in Decatur Wednesday and the burial will be in Fairlawn cemetery.

The body of George H. Workman, who died Tuesday near Winchester, was brought to Decatur Wednesday evening and taken to the Monson and Wilcox undertaking parlors.
Mr. Workman resided in Decatur for three years. He was forty-nine years of age, and is survived by his wife, three children, three brothers and six sisters. Mr. Workman's wife is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. S. Mathews, 1251 West Green street.
