Pioneer Resident Of This City Dies
Grandison Newell Wilder, a pioneer resident of this city, passed away at his home on Mentor Avenue on Tuesday night after an illness of two days. Mr. Wilder was born at Barkhampsted, Conn. 90 years ago and had been a resident of Painesville since 1848. The funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock. The only near surviving relatives are two nieces, Miss Fisher and Mrs. McCall of Mentor Avenue and a nephew, George M. Fisher, of Chicago, Ill.
