DANVILLE JONES PASSES AWAY
Danville F. Jones, pioneer resident of San Diego, died at his home 1064 Twentieth street Saturday. Funeral announcement will be made by the Johnson-Saum company. The deceased had ben a member of the city council and belonged to several fraternal organizations. He is survived by a widow, Sadie M. Jones, two sons, Newell J. Jones of San Diego, and Danville P. Jones of Sacramento, and three grandchildren, Leroy, Vernon and Walter Jones of San Diego.

JONES – At the residence, No. 1064 Twentieth street, this city, Nov. 10, 1917, Danville F. Jones, husband of Sadie M. Jones, and father of Newell J. Jones of San Diego and Danville P. Jones of Sacramento, Calif., brother of Mrs. Harriet A. Lapum of Los Gatos, Calif., and Mrs. Francis Higgins of Alameda, Calif., and grandfather of Leroy, Walter and Vernon Jones of San Diego, a native of Maine, aged 71 years, 5 months.
Announcement of funeral services will be made later by Johnson-Saum Company.
