April C. Ward, 29, died on Wednesday, December 23, 2009, at her residence.
She was a lifelong resident of Rossville, Ga. and was a student at Georgia Northwestern Technical College pursuing a Criminal Justice Degree.
She was preceded in death by her father, Mike Lacey.
Survivors include her mother, Lera Jane Ward; sister and brother-in-law, Amanda and Roger Siffles; two nephews, Isaiah Siffles and Roger Siffles Jr., all of Summerville, Ga.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 26, at 1 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with the Rev. Junior Evans officiating.
Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery on Lookout Mountain.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory, Rossville, Ga.
