Brent Calvin Montague, beloved and devoted dad, grandpa, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, and friend, passed away February 23, 2011. Survived by his son McKay Montague (Kira); daughters 'Lizabeth Porter (Karl), Heather Neff, and Cydnee Jaskolksi (Robert); brother Mark Montague, and sister Valerie Walker (Craig); four grandkids, two great-grandkids, five granddogs, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews who will all miss him dearly. Born March 11, 1949, in Richfield, UT, to Calvin and Leola Montague. A graduate of Hillcrest HS, member of the LDS church, and honorably discharged veteran of the US Air Force (England), Brent served his country, his family and the Lord. His lifelong career in drywall brought him many friends and much joy. His talents and sweet nature gave beauty to all of us there was never a lonely soul in his presence. Brent enjoyed sports, the outdoors, and all God's creatures. He loved music and dancing, his friends, sharing laughter, and a good day's work. He was happiest when he was with his grandkids, in the garden, with his dog, or on a walk. A graveside service will be held Monday, February 28, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at Mountain View Memorial Cemetery, 3115 E. 7800 S., SLC, UT.
