Miceli of Lufkin; brothers, Paul David Miceli of Lufkin, Victor Hudson of The Woodlands; sisters, Jackie Hudson and Victoria Hudson, both of The Woodlands; uncles, Charles Skinner of Austin, David Skinner of Dallas; aunt, Vicki Ann Hathron of Marshall; and niece, Tiffany Nicole Stout of Center.

Anthony was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn "Katie" Miceli, on May 10, 2004
