Hollis Chilson was born Nov 7, 1919 in Temvik, ND., as the fifth child of nine.
Hollis passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2004 at the Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Colorado inpatient unit in Greeley.
Survivors include his daughter, Karen I Chilson (Neil) son, Lee G. Chilson (Terry); brother, Guy S. Chilson of Montana; sister, Mary Jane Sundt of Garibaldi, Oregon; two grandsons, one great-granddaughter.
He was predeceased by his wife Gertrude M. Chilson and his parents.
A memorial service will be held at 12:30pm on Sunday, May 30 at the farm in Berthoud.
Norther Colorado Crematory in Greeley is in charge of arrangements.
