Heather Lynn Lucas,17-day-old infant, died suddenly Friday, Oct. 29, 1999, in Regional Medical Center. Private family services and burial will be held on Monday. The family will greet friends from 2 to 8 p.m. today at Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home, Manchester, where there will be a 7 p.m. Scripture service. Burial: Calvary Cemetery, Ryan.
Survivors include her parents, Dean and Karen Lucas; a sister, Nichole at home; maternal grandparents, Gerald and Ann Gudenkauf of Delhi; paternal grandparents, James and Shirley McCloy of Maquoketa; maternal great-grandmother, Mary Merfeld of Cascade; and many aunts and uncles: Rick (Diane) Lucas, Ron (Val) Lucas, Bob (Lynn) Lucas, Randy (Brenda) Lucas, Jeff (Joni) Lucas, Mike (Coyla) Lucas, Allen (Cindy) Lucas, Dale (Jenny) Lucas, Peggy Jurkowski (Bob), Jennifer Lucas and fiance Jake Billings, Joann Metz (Steve), Larry Gudenkauf, Janice Lawrence (Greg), Marv Gudenkauf and Linda Ringgenberg (Seth).
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Milton Lucas; and two uncles, Jerry Grillot and John Gudenkauf.
