A Fremont resident of 10 years and a prior 28 year resident of Sunnyvale. He worked as a Mechanical Engineer for Lockheed. Mr. Bullard was a member of Moffet Field Men's Golf Club. He graduated from California State University - Berkeley in 1958 and received his MBA at Santa Clara University in 1973. Predeceased in death by his wife of 40 years, Carol Bullard in 1992. Loving father and father-in-law to Susan and Andre Guerguy of Fremont and Charlotte Bullard and Ed Bernal of Bonita. Cherished grandfather to Shane and Carolyn Bernal of Bonita, and Natasha, Christian , and Stephen Guerguy of Fremont. Devoted son to Sarah Bullard of Napa. Dear brother and brother-in-law to Bill and Marilyn Bullard of South Carolina, Imogene Carmichael of Vallejo, Dorothy Johnson of Vallejo, and John and Pat Bowman of Sacramento. Also survived by many family, friends, and golfing buddies. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fremont Kaiser Hospice, 39400 Paseo Padre Parkway, 2nd Floor, Fremont, CA 94538.
