Funeral services will be held on Friday, Feb. 25, 2011, at 2 p.m. at the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault, with the Rev. Dr. Eugene C. Chase Jr., pastor of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Morristown, officiating. Spring interment will be held at Calvary Cemetery, Crookston.
Visitation will be held at the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault, for one hour prior to the services on Friday.
Beverley Patricia, the daughter of William and Charlotte (Evans) Mitchell, was born on June 18, 1943, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She married Virgil J. Baril on Feb. 29, 1964, in Crookston. He preceded her in death on July 23, 2000. Beverley loved to eat sweets, drink Coke and watch Wheel of Fortune. She enjoyed spending time with her family and dogs.
She is survived by two daughters, Brigitte (and Ronald) Schutte of Faribault and Cheryl Pederson (and special friend, David Steffl) of Morristown; eight grandchildren, Missi (and Tim) Murphy, Cindi (and fiance, Ross Bergs) Schutte, Mandi Schutte, Justin Lay, Dustin Pederson, Chelsea Pederson, Carissa Pederson, Avari Steffl; four great-grandchildren, Cameron, Carson and Emeri Murphy, Brayden Bergs; two great-great-grandchildren, Bentley Miller and Isabella Lozono; six stepchildren; many stepgrandchildren; three dogs, Tootsie, Snickers and Jellybean.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil; her parents; two sisters, Shirley Dykes and Brenda Mitchell; one brother, Jimmy Mitchell.
