Dana Thiessen Clark
Funeral services for Dana Thiessen Clark, 46, of Eakly were held Saturday, September 6 at 2:00 p.m. at the Eakly Assembly of God Church with Rev. Ric Freeman, Rev. Henry Kellogg, Mr. Kevin Fischer and Rev. Edward Moody officiating.
Dana was born August 1, 1957 in Sentinel to Roy Dean and Patricia J. (Anderson) Thiessen and died Thursday, September 4, 2003 at Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma City.
She graduated from Eakly High School in 1975 and from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1996, with a Bachelor in Health Care Administration. She lived in Eakly most of her life. She was last employed with Health Care Administration of Beneficial Home Health in Eakly.
She was raised and attended Eakly Assembly of Gob Church and was currently a member of the 1st Assembly of God Church in Weatherford.
She is survived by one daughter, Misty Snide of Eakly; her parents Dean and Pat Thiessen of Eakly; one sister, Lori Turney and husband Jesse of Carnegie; two brothers, Tracy Thiessen and wife Ronette of Weatherford and Kent Thiessen and wife Lindsey of Elk City; her maternal grandparents, Myrt Anderson of Eakly; her maternal grandparents Roy and Ruby Thiessen of Eakly, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Calvin Anderson and her grandmother, Flossie Thiessen.
Burial was in the Eakly Cemetery under the direction of the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home in Hinton.
