Toby was born in Mt. Angel. He worked in the baking industry. Toby is survived by his wife, Karen; son, Greg; and daughters, Debbie and Tammie Jay. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 25, 2011, in Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Vancouver. A service will follow at 1 p.m. in Willamette National Cemetery, Portland. Arrangements by Evergreen Staples Funeral Home.
