Leigh Anne Jones Williams, 53, of Raleigh, died unexpectedly of natural causes, Sunday, October 3, 2010 at Rex Healthcare, Raleigh. She was born April 14, 1957 in Lake Charles, LA and moved to Raleigh in 1969 with her family. Leigh was a graduate of Sanderson High School class of 1974 and attended Peace College and NC State University.
Her grandfathers, Alfred Earl Jones and James Hardie Thompson preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughters, Stacey Williams Owen (Darryl) of Raleigh; Stephanie Williams English (David) of Durham; parents, Dale and Beverly Jones; sister, Paula Jones; brother, Larry Jones; grandmother, "Granny" Edna Thompson; niece, Cameron Jones; all of Raleigh; and grandmother, Ruth Jones of CA
