Rose M. McKinney, 61, Winters Road, Corsica, died Tuesday at DuBois Regional Medical Center.
She was born Dec. 7, 1949, in Brookville, a daughter of Dorothy Neiswonger Hilliard of Fairmount City and the late Robert B. Hilliard.
She was married to Raymond A. McKinney on Aug. 1, 1970, in Fairmount City. He survives.
She worked as a sewer at Brookville Glove Factory for 30 years She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Brookville and the Order of the Eastern Star in Brookville. She was active with the Relay for Life and enjoyed gardening, baking and her grandchildren.
Survivors include three sons: Steven W. (Stephanie S.) McKinney of Corsica, Troy A. (Susan M.) McKinney of Brookville, Jason L. (Heidi C.) McKinney of Brookville; a brother, Robert Hilliard of Fairmount City; a sister, Susan (Terry) Burford of New Bethlehem; and seven grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Larry Hilliard
McKINNEY: Rose M., Winters Road. Corsica, died Feb. 22, 2011. Friends will be received from 2-9 p.m. today at the McKinney Funeral Home, Brookville. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Joseph Short officiating.
Burial will be in Lakelawn Memorial Park, Reynoldsville.
