FREMONT-- Edna Sykes Langston, 79, of 3338 Big Daddy's Road, passed on Monday, Aug. 20, 2007, at her home.
Funeral services were held at Faro Chapel Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church. The Rev. Joe Strouse officiated, and she was buried in Eureka Cemetery.
Mrs. Langston was born in Wayne County on Jan. 20, 1928, to the late Harvey and Bessie Sykes. She was a faithful member of Faro Chapel P.F.W.B. Church for more than 50 years.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Langston was preceded in death by her husband, Dillard Langston, and a son, Dillard Ray Langston.
